Assignment:
Source a ‘Senior Supply Chain/Operations Manager’ for the studio based in Venlo, The Netherlands.
Activity/Process followed:
Client Conference Call/Briefing – With the European HR Manager based in the UK, along with the local HR Manager based in The Netherlands. Discussed the job spec, scope of the role and ‘ideal’ candidates/company fit.
Database Search – for suitable candidates actively seeking a new role and also mining this for referrals.
Passive Candidate Search – via Linked In, Facebook, other Social Media networking.
Headhunting – For candidates already based within The Netherlands working at large logistics companies such as DHL/TW4/Time Warner.
Over 100 candidates screened and interviewed. 55+ sent job spec for consideration.
10 CV’s delivered - Within 1 week of initial conference call.
