This service usual takes the following pattern:

• Our consultant will speak with you to take a 'job brief'. This will include discussing commission, geographical areas you want to be covered by the agents, previous and current experience of the agents etc.
• The consultant will then advertise the role on our website and will send all agents the information.
• Any agents interested will be asked to complete an information form which will then be forwarded on to you.
• Should you then wish to interview any or all of the agents, our consultant will arrange these for you.

We'll give advice on any of the above points and will make the process as simple and hassle free for you as we can.
