My client is an international company that publishes video games for PlayStation 3, PlayStation PSP, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and Xbox 360.
They now need a Brand Manager to take care of one of their key franchises. This is an important role managing and developing fully integrated marketing strategy and creation, from targets set by Team Leader!
Co-ordinate with local territories, OSM department, Community Managers plus agencies to ensure all requirements are scheduled, assets are cleared through relevant channels and meet brand guidelines, are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Build a close and up to the minute understanding of consumer behavior and wants and needs, sharing insights and information throughout Europe
Together with the Community Manager ensure website and other channels are relevant, successful and meet brand and licensing requirements.
Responsibility for design and production of special editions, pre-order packs and promotional items.
Research and suggest additional DLC back to Dev team and track progress.
Deep knowledge of the brand.
Background in marketing and communications.
Some Knowledge of licensing.
Excellent understanding of new media and the importance of consumer insight.
