Senior Brand / Marketing Manager, £38 to 42k DOE

My client is a Top 10 UK toy company which designs, manufactures, markets and distributes some of today’s most popular toy brands.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager to cover Boys’, Girls’ brands in the Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be a team player with a good sense of humour who has lots of energy, enthusiasm, is well organised, able to think and act commercially, is very computer literate and willing to learn.

The ideal candidate will have had 1 or 2 years brand management experience in the Toy industry and will have dealt with TV advertising and creating trade & consumer marketing plans to deliver consumer sales. The ideal candidate will have plenty of common sense, be willing to make presentations internally and to customers, take care over written work (spelling, grammar, presentation) and demonstrate good attention to detail and will have had some experience of managing direct reports.

My client is a medium-sized company that is growing and expanding rapidly. It’s a very hands-on culture and there are opportunities to get involved in all aspects of trade & consumer marketing.

Salary package:

£38k to £42k DOE
Bonuses are not guaranteed but are based on profit and personal performance & payable after financial year end .
