Talent Sourcer - Design & Production
My background is esports from studying it to working for an esports team, but you can’t have esports without the games! I’m a huge gamer in my spare time from playing Apex Legends to spending 10 years playing league of legends. Apart from games I love to go to gigs, see my friends and spend plenty of money on clothes.
When did you start playing games?
I started to play games at a very young age. The reason I love to play games is because you can get lost and emersed into the world and really lose yourself into the game…. unless it’s a competitive fps then I’m super competitive.
What's your favourite game?
A favourite game of mine which will always live in my heart is the Borderlands series – especially Borderlands 2 (I lost so many hours to that game). Special mention to Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock.
What's your career background?
My background is Esports, I studied esports as well as working at a esports team. At university I lived with all games students whether that’s environment artists, programmers or level designers so I was fascinated with their work. When I saw an opportunity to get into the games industry I couldn’t say no, I had to snatch the opportunity.
What are three items you'd take with you to a deserted island and why?
A rubber dinghy for chilling in, bow and arrows for entertainment and survival and finally, an axe for practicality and entertainment (I will become amazing at axe throwing).
What's the best advice you've ever heard?
Always give 100%... Unless you're giving blood.
If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
Learn the guitar or bass. When I was younger, I tried to play guitar and was shocking at it.
What was your favourite band 10 years ago?
Dragon Force, still is to this day.
Got any favourite quotes?
I'M THE CREEEAAAAMMM OF THE CROP!
