I’m a big fan of cooking, eating and anything food. Happiest when I’ve got sushi in one hand and an Aperol Spritz in the other. I love spending time with my friends and family, although I'm happy to give my niece and nephew back at the end of the day.
When did you start playing games?
My first memory of playing video games was when I was about seven. Our family was gifted some original Game boys and a Nintendo 64 with a load of Mario games.
What's your favourite game?
My favourite has always been Mario. It takes me back to my childhood! I also went through a phase of being obsessed with Sims 2 when I was a teenager, which also made a reappearance over lockdown to kill some time.
What's your career background?
I left hospitality after seven years when COVID-19 hit and started working in a construction-based agency, where I worked for just over 2.5 year's focusing on white-collar, temp roles. I’ve since moved to Aardvark Swift where I’m excited to learn a new industry and get stuck in!
What was your first job?
I was embarrassingly a dinner lady at Loughborough University.
Have you ever met anyone famous?
Ringo from Neighbours, I was a big fan at the time!
How do you like your eggs?
Fried in egg fried rice from a Chinese takeaway.
Do you collect anything?
It didn’t start purposefully, but I seem to have started collecting wine glasses. I can’t find the perfect set! Then as soon as I do, I smash one and have to start the search all over again.
Best condiment ever invented?
Salt and lots of it.
