The fantastic A+C Studios is now on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to work within their existing Marketing & Development team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will seek out and develop business opportunities, providing first-level consultancy to prospective clients and building relationships with agencies and companies directly to ensure that their services are preferred and sought out.

Your responsibilities… 
  • Informing and developing brand and sector sales plans and strategies
  • Generating own sales leads through various methods such as networking, personal prospecting, and events, both virtually and in person
  • Conducting outbound prospecting
  • Preparing and presenting studio and creative proposals and quotations to prospects and clients
  • Organising, tracking, and maintaining client account and contact information, as well as prospect updates in the CRM database
  • Owning and resolving general sales inquiries pertaining to leads, prospects, and accounts
The skills and experience you’ll being to the role…
  • 3 or more years of building a solid client portfolio within an advertising agency production, account management or business development environment, or selling B2B services
  • Proven previous creative services sales and account management experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised within a dynamic environment as well as part of their larger team
  • A network of connections and contacts with agency networks, commissioners, and producers
  • Experience in planning and implementing account management strategies
  • Strong prospecting skills
