Antimatter Games are looking for a Community Manager to join the Antimatter team and support IGI:Origins!
As the Community Manger you will be the point person for engagement with past, present, and future players, interacting with the community across multiple channels, ensuring the feedback loop is effective and well maintained between the game development teams and the players.
Your responsibilities will include…
Monitoring and interacting with the community on a variety of social channels
Gathering, collating, and reporting on sentiment, common themes of interest and provide regular reports
Participating in video engagement activities for studio and titles
Creating and proposing engagement calendars and campaign ideas
Working with others to create engaging communications to excite existing players, as well as attracting new players
Assisting the Production team and studio management in the coordination of relevant community and publishing matters
Attending industry events as and when required
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
2+ years Community Management experience on a published title, PC and/or console
Experience of social and video media channels
A calm approach and outlook to solving problems, particularly should sudden or urgent changes arise
Experience interacting with influencers or partners on community related matters
A positive, energetic personality with a can-do mindset
Bonus points if you…
Have a streaming or influencer background
Are an FPS aficionado
Have familiarity with military hardware, or a willingness to learn!
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders
An understanding of JIRA or equivalent
