Here at Aardvark Swift, we're looking for a Graduate Partnership Manager to join our award-winning team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent.

As our Graduate Partnership Manager, you will create a positive impact within the games industry, helping aspiring game developers achieve their goal of working in the games industry, and supporting industry growth whilst leading and developing a team of experienced recruiters within Aardvark Swift.

This is an exciting time to join a thriving market, where you will play a key role in leading our graduate initiatives - Grads in Games, the Search For A Star game development challenge and the Get In The Game tour.

Your role will involve nurturing existing relationships within the games industry and with current academic partners, and also developing new partnerships within the games industry and academia. 

We have over 30 years of expertise in recruitment for the Games Industry, with ambitious and achievable growth plans already underway. We are not your average recruitment agency and our passion for the job shines through in everything we do!

Your day-to-day will include...
  • Leading a Team – support and mentor a team of recruiters and assist the Recruitment Manager as required
  • Project Management – take responsibility for the graduate projects and events delivered through the year
  • Partnership Management and Business Development – build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and academic contacts and take a proactive approach to securing event sponsors
  • Supporting with Strategy – lead weekly meetings and drive accountability, ensure that everyone is following core processes

What you will bring to the role…
  • Significant experience building relationships within account management, recruitment, education or training provision
  • A demonstrable track record in team management
  • Ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong ability to collaborate across the team on shared projects
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability, can problem solve and respond quickly and positively to change
You will receive ongoing support and coaching throughout your probation period whilst you learn the market and embed yourself into your new role.
