Job description

In addition to supporting the release of their internally developed titles, nDreams announced their Third-Party Publishing Initiative last year, to co-fund and publish games from other studios. As the team continues to grow, nDreams are now on the search for an experienced and effective Sales Analyst to join the Sales and Business Intelligence team! Their first title was cosy city creator, Little Cities!

As Sales Analyst, you will oversee the collection and analysis of commercial data, and aid the team in researching, reporting and title forecasting.

nDreams are one of the worlds leading developers and publishers focused on VR games! They are the team behind the award winning game Phantom: Covert Ops and Fracked and the recently released, Ghostbusters VR.

Your role will include...

  • Forecasting and evaluating nDreams titles and third-party titles, applying a variety of proven forecasting and analysis techniques based on market intel
  • Evaluating lifecycle & promotional sales performance across all titles to ensure the maximisation of the commercial potential
  • Improving forecasting processes by working with management teams, identifying risks, areas for improvement, and ways to automate the process
  • Analysing sales and market data
  • Providing impactful summaries (games, competitor insights, market) to management
  • Collaborating with the commercial team on dashboard creation for interactive data analysis and reporting
  • Collecting data from across the video game market, including digital storefronts
  • Proactively identifying other avenues to collect data such as media, partners and developers

For this role, you will need...

  • 5+ years professional experience in a related field. A degree or equivalent in a relevant field is desirable – for example finance, mathematics, sales or computer science.
  • Enthusiasm for videogames and an understanding of the videogame industry
  • Exceptional analytical and statistical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with experience working constructively within a busy team.
  • Organised and meticulous, with good written, visual and verbal communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Experience working with Power BI or other business analytics services is highly desirable

This role is full time based in their studio in Farnborough, UK that incorporates a unique Flex+ policy which allows work between office and home.
