Together with Aardvark Swift Recruitment, tinyBuild are looking for a full-time Senior Community Manager based in Europe or within the US. Your job will be focused on engaging and fostering communities of their players on Steam, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and other social platforms.
tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, they have a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.
We are looking for a natural communicator and an avid gamer, whose everyday duties will revolve around growing the player community, engaging with influencers, managing social media, and being a reliable point of contact between players and development teams.
Your responsibilities include…
Working closely with producers on community engagement plan
Creating and executing social media campaigns
Fostering the relationship with variety of content creators
Keeping a close line of communication with their players across different channels such as Steam, Discord, and Twitter
Assisting development teams with regular activities such as dev logs, sentiment analysis, and more
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Four or more years of experience in the industry in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms: Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Twitch, and TikTok
Passion for communication and being an empathetic listener
Extensive knowledge of the video game industry and culture
Passion for the games industry, with being n avid gamer yourself
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional language proficiency is a bonus
Experience in content creation with streams and videos, is a plus
