Senior Producer (Hybrid or Remote)

Are you an experienced Senior Producer looking for a new opportunity where you can make a real impact on a new IP? We’re working with Rebellion to find someone like you!

As a Senior Producer you’ll be a pivotal member of the production process, you will be cooperating with cross-discipline teams to ensure the efficient running and direction of the project. Your focus is to lead teams of game developers to a high-quality game in line with your direction.

Your responsibilities will include…
  • Leading teams of game developers with best practice people management techniques
  • Collaborating with Head of Art, Design, and Programming to balance creative vision with production realities
  • Working with project leads to define requirements and milestone deliverables
  • Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams to manage feature development
  • Build and maintain project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and documentation, and assist in the management of task and bug prioritisation
  • Define and scope core goals of the game to ensure that they are in accordance with all stakeholder requirements
  • Assess and manage project risks, resource blockers, quality concerns, and scope changes, and support in solving problems and resolving issues across the development team
  • Review and approve milestones against agreed deliverables and dates according to studio standards of quality and performance
  • Where applicable, attend industry events and other independent games seminars to promote Rebellion

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • One or more shipped PC/Console titles from concept to finish in a production position
  • Well versed in managing multi-discipline teams
  • Successful record in project management of various sized projects
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of the development processes from design to its release
  • Able to identify major and minor flaws in game play, art, code & audio, and suggest practical and realistic improvements
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
