Senior/Lead Producer (UK Remote)

Aardvark Swift is partnering with an established and highly successful independent game studio in the search for a Senior Producer to join the team during an exciting new chapter of growth.

Having achieved remarkable success from humble beginnings, the studio has grown into a multi-million-selling developer with a dedicated global community. With new content on the horizon and a major new title scheduled for release next year, they are now looking for an experienced production leader to help guide the team through this next phase.

Known for creating deeply creative, physics-driven experiences, the studio is developing another ambitious title for PC and console and is seeking a producer who can bring structure, clarity and accountability while preserving the collaborative culture that has made the team so successful.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a founder-led studio and play a key role in delivering its next major release.

Working closely with the founders and development team, you'll initially focus on understanding how the studio operates before introducing and refining processes that improve visibility, communication and delivery. Success in this role will require a blend of strong production expertise, emotional intelligence and the ability to influence through trust and collaboration.

The team is looking for a safe pair of hands; someone with the credibility that comes from shipping multiple titles and the confidence to bring accountability and focus without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities across the development lifecycle, from current development through launch and beyond.

• Build and maintain project schedules, milestones and delivery plans.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, art and QA.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring priorities remain aligned.

• Establish production processes and workflows that best suit the needs of the team.

• Facilitate planning, milestone reviews and regular project reporting.

• Drive accountability and clear ownership across the studio.

• Support bug fixing, optimisation and polish phases, recognising the unique challenges associated with highly systemic and physics-based games.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to support release planning and overall project success.

• Contribute to post-launch planning and ongoing content support where required.

About You

• You've shipped multiple games and have experience in a Senior Producer, Lead Producer or similar role.

• You have a background within AA or independent game development environments.

• You understand how to balance process with creativity and know when to listen before implementing change.

• You possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• You're approachable, collaborative and able to build trust with teams and studio leadership alike.

• You can provide direction and accountability while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

• You have a strong understanding of modern production methodologies and are comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent platforms.

• Experience with PC and console development is preferred, though mobile experience will also be considered.

• Experience with multiplayer games, live operations or titles with regular content updates would be highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with the extended bug-fixing and polish phases often associated with physics-driven games would be particularly valuable.
