Here at Aardvark Swift, we have a unique role within our business for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Manager to join our award-winning team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent. 

As our Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Manager, you will support our internal talent acquisition function and help develop our employer brand promoting Aardvark Swift as a great place to work across multiple channels, including social media, career sites, job boards, and events.

Your day-to-day will include...
  • Talent Acquisition – deliver recruitment and marketing campaigns to attract talent to the business
  • Employer branding – take responsibility for creating and promoting a compelling employer brand
  • Reporting – provide regular insights and progress updates to key internal stakeholders
  • Operational excellence – take ownership of the employee and employer branding function and consistently achieve hiring targets
  • Culture and values – promote the company culture, core values and a positive team environment
You will ideally have…
  • Significant experience in employer branding, recruitment and project management
  • A strong understanding of social media and digital marketing channels
  • An analytical mindset and an eye for detail
  • Passion for creating a high performance, fun and inclusive work environment
  • Strong ability to collaborate across the team on shared projects
  • Adaptability: meaning you can problem solve and respond quickly and positively to change
