Keywords Studios continues to build world leading capabilities in services that video game and similar interactive content creators need. They stand shoulder to shoulder with their clients working as their external development partner, providing access to their teams of experts where and when needed. Today Keywords Studios provides services in art, games development, audio, QA, localisation, marketing, and player support.
As a QA Manager, you will work with the QA Director, local managers, sales, and the CCO to support the growth of the team, both locally and internationally.
Your responsibilities…
Be responsible for the Keywords Studio Katowice FQA department
Deliver a strategy for the FQA facility alongside the QA Director
Track KPIs and report on business performance regularly.
Perform QA audits on ongoing projects and drives continuous improvement initiatives
Manage, lead, and motivate local FQA studio staff
Proactively mitigate issues with the FQA project managers, before they impact the projects
Work closely with the business development team to ensure smart adoption of work and use of resources
Create and implement any process changes and improvements accordingly
Travel overseas when required
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Strong experience in a QA Manager role
Knowledge of a project cycle and a games’ development process
Prior experience of Functionality QA in the games industry
Understanding of all video game business services and processes
Understanding of risk management in the context of the QA process
Ability to understand one-self, others, and act accordingly for the attainment of set goals
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
