Job description
We’re supporting a studio based in the Midlands, UK, who are looking for a proactive Senior Producer who can ‘get the job done’ as you work on AAA projects with a successful team.
You will be embedded in the team working closely with one of the core development disciplines, acting as part of a tight-nit production unit. You’ll be a studio champion and empower your development colleagues with the autonomy and accountability to deliver their work, as you steer the team towards game build milestones and deadlines.
As Senior Producer, you’ll track and maintain the production schedule, make sure the team is moving at a healthy pace, maintain the roadmap for your team and co-ordinate with Leads and Producers to ensure the delivery of a top-quality game.

Your responsibilities…
- Drive the development team by creating plans and roadmaps
- Facilitate conversations between key people across different departments
- Understand the business goals of the game
- Make sure the team are on track for successfully hitting milestones
- Listen to the department leads and work with them to develop a 'AAA' quality game
- 4 years’ experience of driving projects forward in any industry
- Experience with different Project Management styles and tools
- Interest in First Person Shooters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
