Nequinox Studios have asked us to find them a Senior Producer who is enthusiastic about all aspects of game production. You’ll work on their ambitious new project alongside some of the games industry's most established names.
As Senior Producer you will be the guardian of game production, always ready to face challenges and roadblocks with clear consistent communication and a can-do attitude. Remaining calm under pressure, you'll motivate and lead teams efficiently managing time, tasks and resources.
Naturally, you'll love pulling together budgets, schedules and resource plans for features and initiatives into terrific presentations for senior management to review!
As you guide your team from inception to delivery, you'll be creating, documenting and implementing production process across the studio, supporting and developing your Production team along the way.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Shipped 2 or more complete project cycles, managing the project as a Senior Producer
Experience of managing multiple teams and external relationships successfully
Strong and thorough proficiency in project management methodologies
An active listener and strategic thinker who can give constructive feedback clearly and concisely to individuals, groups and clients
Broad knowledge of game production including art, design, engineering and QA
Expert in project management software packages
A deadline-driven and motivational leader who is diplomatic and a proactive problem-solver
Comfortable working on high-level projects and in-studio initiatives
