The award-winning video game development studio, Milky Tea Studios are looking for a Senior QA Tester to work with the internal production and development team. With their recent partnership with Aonic, they are now able to grow and develop the team even more.

Their exceptionally talented team works across the UK and the EU, developing memorable gaming experiences using the latest technology for some of world’s biggest brands, platforms, and publishers.

Your responsibilities…

• Report and regress bugs day-to-day
• Communicate with wider teams and conducting meetings
• Develop and write accurate and comprehensive test plans
• Growing the QA team and planning for future projects

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• 3 or more years’ experience within the games industry, with previous experience in a senior or lead QA role 
• Applied ability to manage and direct other QA employees
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of game design philosophies, game asset production, and creative production processes
• Ability to think critically, and apply analytical skills to find simple, robust, and efficient solutions to complex issues
• Ability to handle shifting schedules, priorities, and multiple projects
• Willing to learn, take on new responsibilities, and evolve your skill set
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills
