We are supporting CI Games as they look for a Senior Sound Designer to join their ever expanding team due to the continual success.
Founded in 2002, the studio has been creating globally recognised games for 20 years with their most popular franchise, Sniper Warrior, selling over 14 million copies! They currently have a number of exciting projects in the pipeline in Unreal Engine 5, with true ownership of their creative direction.
As a Senior Sound Designer, you will be producing world class sound content and setting a high audio standard internally, you'll also have some responsibility for mentoring and training juniors, and defining and communicating best practices.
Your responsibilities…
Concept, record, design, and implement world-class audio
Create, implement, and contribute to the creative and technical output of the team
Be a driver of technology developments, helping ensure that games are at the forefront of game audio
Improve workflow, pipelines, and audio systems
Assist in recruitment and training, making recommendations, reports, and aligning on strategy
Engage in scoping and resourcing
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
5+ years in a similar role, with one or more shipped AAA titles
Advanced sound design skills with a proven track record
Skilled sound recordist (studio and in the field)
Expert working knowledge of Unreal engine
Adept of UE Blueprints
Advanced Reaper user
Working knowledge of general game tools
Experience in multi-channel formats
