TikTok & Community Manager

Location: UK (Remote), with quarterly in-office meetings (Hertfordshire)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Aardvark Swift are supporting a Publisher on their search for a creative, dynamic, and highly reactive TikTok & Community Manager to join their community team. This role will own and drive the TikTok strategy across multiple game titles, building vibrant communities and creating engaging content that resonates with players.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow 6–7 TikTok accounts for multiple games, posting daily content on each.

  • Be the voice and face of the studio on TikTok, building brand presence and fostering player engagement.

  • React quickly to trends, spikes, and community moments by creating timely, relevant video content.

  • Play the games, capture gameplay, and build video assets for use on social channels.

  • Engage directly with the TikTok community, replying, commenting, and sparking conversation.

  • Collaborate with the wider community team to align on tone, strategy, and brand identity.

  • Take full ownership of TikTok output, from ideation to publishing and engagement.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media communities, specifically on TikTok.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, culture, and algorithm best practices.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Photoshop, for asset creation and editing.

  • Ability to ideate, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos.

  • Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand publicly.

  • Highly reactive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

  • A passion for gaming and online communities.


Bonus Points

  • Experience in games marketing, influencer marketing, or community management.

  • Familiarity with other social platforms and their role in the games ecosystem.
