At Aardvark Swift we offer four service levels.

Below is a brief guide outlining what recruitment activity is included with each tier.

Whilst we like to think we make finding the best candidates look easy, in truth, an awful lot goes on behind the scenes to deliver the perfect candidate for your role.

Once we’ve taken your brief and understood how the hire will affect your studio and projects we’ll build an ‘ideal candidate’ profile and run a thorough search of our candidate database to seek out suitable candidates for you to review.

As with all our levels of service we screen all potential candidates for suitability to the role, liaise between candidates and client and provide regular updates to both parties. We also deliver feedback and negotiate on your behalf, removing the hassle of protracted back and forth conversations.
