Job description

Supersolid is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Producer to join their growing and diverse team in London.

This is a highly hands-on role and places you in a core role of the production process, supporting the production of several live games. You will be responsible for the timely deliveries for game updates while facilitating the team in their day-to-day tasks.

As a key role that interfaces with every discipline spanning development and management, you will need to be highly organised and detail oriented while also being adaptable and comfortable working under pressure.

Your responsibilities…
  • Manage and facilitate Agile processes and project planning to ensure the successful and timely delivery of releases
  • Handle the end-to-end submission and release of game updates and live ops metadata requests
  • Create presentations about game updates to share with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage design and development meetings across disciplines
  • Iterate production processes to improve the wider team’s efficiency
  • Manage localisation partners and budget to ensure translations are delivered on time for releases
  • Test and publish newsletter updates

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Proven experience in project management in a cross-discipline agile development environment, particularly in the digital industry (games, mobile and video)
  • Excellent planning, problem solving and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally

Desirable but non-essential experience…
  • Scrum qualification training
  • Experienced in managing projects in JIRA
  • Previous experience working with managing external development partners
