As a Cloud Architect, your role and responsibilities will include...
- Overseeing and delivering the cloud computing strategy, including cloud adoption plans, application design, management, and monitoring
- Adopting a consultative approach and develop new ideas and proposals utilising knowledge of up to date, trends, data, and strategies
- Whilst working in alignment with key stakeholders across the business, deliver commercially viable projects in line with current processes and existing cultural practices
- Designing and delivering an effective application, infrastructure & security architecture which meets organisational objectives
- Ensuring key stakeholders are educated and informed on design objectives
- Defining, reviewing, and communicating the technical architectural strategy
- Producing and maintaining documentation in line with requirements Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver commercially viable solutions Deliver objectives in line with budgets, business, and departmental SLAs and SLO’s
- Actively identifying operational challenges, translate them into strategy and change initiatives
- Contributing towards escalations through critical assessment and provide recommendations
- Ensuring best practice standards are implemented whilst anticipating future developments and trends
- Encourage a learning culture through education and peer to peer development
