We are searching for a Community Manager, with a specialisation in PR and influencer management, to join the venture-backed studio, Electric Noir, and be a key player in its success and growth.
The studio aims to build an enduring creative company at the intersection of film & games. With 15+ team members and growing, Electric Noir believe that success hinges on sustaining a great creative culture.
In this role, you will be driving the community strategy , PR and influencer programs f the business, delivering community management strategy KPIs that are set for each fiscal year. You’ll also execute strategies tailored to local market needs such as the creation of territory specific press releases, product presentations, and media blasts.
Your responsibilities...
Drive the community strategy, developing programs, processes, and communication tactics to foster community engagement, learning, and growth
Support with co-marketing PR and influencer opportunities with both first parties, licensors, and other key partners
Lead media outreach and relations
Moderate and directly communicate with Electric Noir’s ever-growing community of players
Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness
Create their companies community policies

Proven experience as a community manager, or within a similar role
Interest and knowledge in mobile gaming and gaming communities
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Strong interpersonal and presentations skills
Knowledge of online marketing tactics
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
