Aardvark Swift are supporting Electric Noir in their search for a Community Manager to join their venture-backed studio and be a captain of the community for Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, and newsletters

Electric Noir is a BAFTA-nominated studio and creator of interactive storytelling platform, Scriptic. Their flagship series is the interactive crime drama, Dead Man's Phone, where you, the detective, investigate and solve murders through the smartphone of victims.

The studio aims to build an enduring creative company at the intersection of film and games. With 15+ team members and growing, Electric Noir believe that success hinges on sustaining a great creative culture.

Your responsibilities…

• Drive the community strategy, developing programs, processes, and communication tactics to foster community engagement, learning, and growth
• Moderate and directly communicating with their ever-growing community of players
• Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts
• Respond to customers in a timely manner and create the companies community policies
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
• Interest and knowledge in mobile gaming and gaming communities
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skill
• Hands on experience with social media management
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
