Aardvark Swift and TT Games are working together to find a talented Community Manager to join TT’s UK team to develop and nurture new connections between their game teams and players.
You’ll be joining TT’s inclusive, relaxed, and friendly work environment and assuming responsibility for managing and developing TT’s presence on Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, applying your strategic and tactical abilities to forge successful community engagement for the studio.
Your responsibilities…
Engaging the community, building loyal fans, and spreading positive sentiment
Developing the community management strategy for each title in collaboration with the Game Teams
Monitoring, reporting, and driving key community engagement performance metrics
Implementing community management actions and monitor forums
Acting as liaison to Customer Support and address the community’s needs
Identifying community leaders and empower them to contribute to the greater community
Analysing and identifying issues and trends, sharing player feedback with the Game Team

Proven track record in building impactful social media campaigns

Relevant degree or equivalent level qualification
