Aardvark Swift are supporting Plaion as they seek to bring in a Global Brand Assistant. In this role you will report to the Senior Global Brand Manager and collaborate closely with the International Marketing teams, supporting one or more of the Global Brand Managers in the day-to-day planning and execution of the global brand and marketing strategy across one or more of Deep Silver’s IPs.
Plaion have published more than two hundred games under the Deep Silver label including own brands like the open world extravaganza Saints Row, the zombie action franchise Dead Island, and the gritty, post-apocalyptic Metro series.
As a Global Brand Assistant your responsibilities will be to…
Become an effective product evangelist for the brand
Present the products creative vision and marketing strategy to external and internal stakeholders
Execute department critical administrative tasks including asset tracking and management, raising SOWs and budget maintenance
Field asset and information requests and approvals from the local marketing teams, liaising with the studio and Product Development where necessary
Attend and take minutes of internal / external meetings (studio, agency, internal)
Process invoices, ensuring all activity is correctly documented, facilitate accurate and prompt supplier payment
Maintain the global marketing budget, ensuring it is up to date all marketing expenditure is accounted for
Managing and maintaining the central asset calendar and other internal documents and working processes
Take the lead role in studio asset sourcing, documentation, and generation, including game capture
Supporting the GBM in external relations with 1st Party, licensors, and other partners
Assisting the PR, Social and Community teams where necessary
Project management (with GMB support) around specific brand marketing initiatives on a case-by-case basis
Additional projects and tasks as required by the GBM and Marketing teams
