Job description

We’ve partnered with New Tales, an independent game publisher and developer based in Paris, to help them find a Lead Brand Manager. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the brand strategy for both New Tales and their games, working closely with internal teams and external partners to build a powerful, authentic presence across all channels.

As the Lead Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of the publishing team, reporting directly to the CMO. You’ll develop and drive the global brand vision, ensuring consistency and creativity in everything from marketing campaigns to community engagement.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading strategy, overseeing creative assets, and mentoring a team — all while collaborating with studios and agency partners to bring bold ideas to life.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • 7 or more years in brand management, ideally in gaming or entertainment.
  • A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and audience behaviour.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to push for innovation and originality.
  • Experience of managing teams and agencies, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Basic skills in video editing, image formatting, and gameplay capture (Unreal and Unity experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in international environments, with fluent English communication.
