  • Develop, implement, and maintain gameplay mechanics and systems.
  • Ensure that gameplay systems are user-friendly and easy to understand, meeting the needs of all target audiences.
  • Optimize and debug gameplay systems to ensure bugs are minimized, performance is maximized, and the game's vision is achieved.
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor for the team, providing guidance and training.
  • Define engineering processes and best practices, and continuously work to improve the team's efficiency and productivity.

The skills and experience you'll bring to the role...
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a gameplay engineering or similar role.
  • At least one demonstratable experience of designing and implementing a core gameplay system from scratch.
  • Expert knowledge of C++, with experience in object-oriented programming and design patterns.

  • Experience leading a team of engineers and mentoring developers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for video games and playing games across multiple genres and platforms.

Perks and benefits include...
