Aardvark Swift have teamed up with Bandai Namco Japan to help them find a talented Machine Learning Engineer to work with the team at their studio in Tokyo, Japan!
Working at the studio, you will be continuously improving the game development pipeline, runtime feature design, player experience quality, and AI.
Surrounded by other Machine Learning Programmers and working on systems that the game teams are excited about, you’ll have a unique chance to make a difference within a wide variety of video games types.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
- Experience in machine learning technology development, practical knowledge of research, and implementation of sustainable solutions
- Knowledge and experience in reinforcement learning
- Advanced skills in C++, Python, mathematics, and debugging
- Knowledge of machine learning APIs (TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas)
- Knowledge of cloud computing and GPGPU computing (CUDA)
- Understanding of Linux
- Experience with video game engines and development pipelines
- Communication skills in English (conversation, reading, and writing)
- Japanese proficiency of JLPT N3 or higher is a bonus
- Ability to prototype and create presentations in a short period of time
- Passion for video games, its technology, and reading research papers
