We’re supporting The Game Marketer as they search for a Marketing Manager to join their supportive and friendly team.

The Game Marketer is a full-service video game marketing agency with a diverse client portfolio from small indie developers to international gaming brands. They create real value for clients through hands on digital consulting, communications, marketing services and data analysis.

Your responsibilities…
  • Take ownership for the client marketing strategy, whilst being hands-on when delivering campaigns
  • Develop client marketing strategies and campaigns to present to clients
  • Develop and manage multiple projects across clients from initiation through implementation
  • Maintain integrity of campaigns across integrated channels such as Influencer, Social, and PR
  • Build long term partnerships based on trust, honesty, and reliability
  • Partner closely with creative team, project management, and business development
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:
  • Come from a PR, Agency or Consultancy Background, with 4+ years’ experience within a marketing or ad agency (ideally in video games)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Excellent knowledge of campaign workflows and project management, whilst ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction
  • Deep experience working on branding, marketing strategy, digital media, and social campaigns
  • Operational know-how & understanding of performance marketing, brand building, and KPIs
  • Understanding of market research, creative strategies, and brand building
  • You have a track record of creating compelling, strategic concept storytelling for pitches and client meetings, connecting all relevant areas of a client's business, and assessing long-term goals
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with networking and relationship building skills
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with an ability to influence based on reason and data
  • Strong English proficiency
