As their publishing team and portfolio of games continue to grow, nDreams are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team! 

This is a brand-new role for the company, and the successful applicant will manage and mentor their talented team of brand managers, as well as leading the go-to-market campaigns for their upcoming VR Games. nDreams are one of the worlds leading developers and publishers focused on VR games. They are the team behind the award winning titles, Phantom: Covert Ops and Fracked. They have several exciting projects planned this year and beyond and they plan to strengthen their team involved.

Your responsibilities…
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director on long-term resource and development planning
  • Lead and manage marketing initiatives that bring value across all projects such as paid media, first-party marketing, and events
  • Develop and mentor direct reports, supporting their future growth and success
  • Bring together the wider publishing team to ensure the holistic marketing campaigns are effective and fully supported across all areas of the marketing mix
  • Develop and implement the marketing activities and campaign beats, ensuring these are effective, delivered on time, and to budget
  • Plan and deliver industry and consumer events such as  E3, Gamescom, and EGX
  • Analyse campaign data to shape future plans
  • Foster a positive and collaborative, solutions-orientated team culture that encourages exploration and continual improvement, all balanced with quality and timely delivery
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • 4+ years’ experience within a marketing management role at a video game developer or publisher
  • Experience leading, managing, and developing an effective and motivated marketing team in a positive and sensitive manner
  • Ability to lead diverse teams towards challenging, shared goals
  • Comfortable going between team management, leadership, and hands-on execution
  • Experience of planning and executing go-to-market campaigns, particularly around developing, running, and optimising paid media campaigns
  • Evidence of applied and theoretical understanding of marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and execute complex projects on time and to budget
  • Willing to find and utilise learnings, other perspectives, and creative problem-solving to shape and iterate on plans and challenge own thinking
  • Commercial awareness and a knowledge and passion for video games and the video game industry
  • Experience managing campaigns for Games as a Service titles is desirable
This role is full time based in their studio in Farnborough, UK, that incorporates a unique Flex+ policy which allows work between office and home. The ideal candidate will be available to visit the office 3 days per week minimum.
