Your responsibilities...
Develop code in their Gatherings MR platform
Provide technical direction and guidance on graphical direction
Be an active player in writing clear user stories with the POs and the team
Support the team to plan and deliver the Sprint Backlog
Advocate for prioritisation of tech debt and bug fixing against new features
Actively set stakeholders expectations on delivery by managing a Product Roadmap for each release
Recruit and manage engineering talent
The skills and experience you'll bring to the role...
Unity experience
Advanced knowledge of networking systems, protocols, software, and technologies
Experience with multiple established networking solutions such as Photon, Playfab, Unity
Experience working on custom real-time multi-player networking services
Experience with Enterprise networking
Effective communication skills
Excellent problem solving, debugging and optimisation skills
Highly motivated and dedicated, capable of working with little instruction to resolve demanding tasks as well as collaborating with internal teams
