Konami are working with us to find an Organised Play Assistant to join their Windsor-based team and fulfil specialist duties within the Organised Play Team

As the OPA  you will be an organised individual with strong communication skills. A strong understanding of competitive play would be beneficial to succeed in this role.

Your role and responsibilities will include... 
  • Manage registration, engagement, and communicate activities for the EMEA OC volunteer program
  • Oversee production of materials for organised play activities
  • Identify suitable and cost-effective suppliers, and coordinate production with new and existing suppliers
  • Coordinate with the communications team for event and program promotion
  • Manage marketing asset inventory
  • Support ad-hoc processes such as those including player sanctioning
  • Produce Organised Play activity reports
  • Support Organised Play team for Premier Event preparations and execution
  • Support with other Organised Play tasks as required
The skills and experience you'll bring to the role...
  • 2 or more years working in Organised Play or Project Management
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, while working to tight deadlines
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Competent with digital software packages, including MS Suite
  • Strong knowledge, and enthusiasm for the Gaming industry
  • Willingness to travel
  • Additional language skills are beneficial
