We are supporting Quell Tech as they look for a Producer to join their team and their mission to make incredible fitness gaming titles. You’ll bring passion for solving problems, helping others, and enjoyment of working with different disciplines, to help the team to deliver their best work.

Quell Tech are on a mission to make fitness gaming incredible. Their launch title lets you get fit fighting, running, leaping and dodging your way through an unforgettable fantasy world. The studios has built a game-changing wearable device which adds resistance, powerful haptics and motion tracking to the player’s actions without the need for a VR set-up.

Your responsibilities…
  • Lead your team with creativity and vision to deliver a sector-redefining game
  • Make it easy for your team and stakeholders to contribute and stay informed
  • Empower your team to do their best work without friction or delay
  • Support the Production Director in planning and execution
  • Keep your roadmap up to date and prioritise ongoing work efforts
  • Coordinate across team development efforts with the Production Director and game team leads
  • Continue to learn and grow alongside an enthusiastic and talented team, in a studio building cutting edge tech and genre defining gameplay
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • 3+ years of production or project management experience
  • One or more shipped titles to your name
  • Experience leading teams in a game development setting
  • Prior experience running projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have experience of…
  • Running a live team or product
  • Working on service title games
  • Involvement in working on multiplayer games
  • QA, design, or programming skills
