Studio 397 is looking for a Producer to join their growing team on a new and exciting project, you’ll be working alongside key staff to create gameplay experiences that match the game vision. At the studio, you will be a driver of the team, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to decide on goals and align on the priority of work.
Studio 397 is a close-knit team, passionate about creating the most accurate motorsport simulation possible. Their team works remotely and is predominantly based in the EU.
Your responsibilities…
Forge strong, successful partnerships with internal teams and external development teams, including day-to-day communication and management, as necessary
Oversee localisation efforts, manage licensor requests and feedback, help to manage QA efforts internally, and closely track submission and approval process with internal and external stakeholders
Work with the leadership and development teams to create clear schedules, goals, and milestones ensuring they are delivered on-time, on-budget, and completed as per the approved development plan
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
5+ years as a creative producer or team leadership experience in a software development capacity
One or more shipped game title as a Producer or similar role
Prior experience in developing roadmaps and project milestone and sprint goals
Experience in creating user stories and deliverables
University Bachelors or equivalent professional experience
Understanding of a variety of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
Fantastic games knowledge (both classic and contemporary), especially in racing games
Analytical and iterative approach to solving design problems
Solid understanding of game design process and methodology
Experience working with multiple external developers from around the world is a bonus
