Producer (Fully Remote) 

Warp Digital - London, UK


We are working with Warp Digital as they look to hire a Producer to join their expanding team. You will be working on their new and excited co-development project, and you will be pivotal in helping the studio achieve their goals.

You will be collaborating closely with other members of the team to develop a brand new title from start to finish on PC and next-generation platforms.

Your responsibilities will be to…
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team of programmers, artists, and designers to oversee the creation and implementation of art, design, and code
  • Coordinate across time zones with members of studio management to bring together the project with a small team
  • Report health and status of team and tasks to other leads and management
  • Create, break-down, and manage tasks to ensure features are implemented with quality

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • 4+ years of industry experience in an internal development production role
  • One or more shipped multi-platform titles in a management position
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management methodologies 
  • Strong organizational skills, able to balance project demands with quality standards
  • Able to mitigate risk and prioritize features based on cost and risk versus value to the project
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management tools such as JIRA
  • Ability to create a culture of quality and personal accountability throughout the development pipeline
  • The ability to drive teams of developers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Good people skills, and approachable attitude towards colleagues and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm and deliberate approach within a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
