Klang are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team in Berlin and help define product strategies, the prioritization of features, and delivery of products that meet customer needs and drive business goals.
As a Product Manager at Klang, you will be a key contributor to their product development and user research team, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Publishing and Product, to ensure the successful development and growth of Klang’s products.

Your responsibilities…
Conduct thorough market research to find customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
Help research and define the monetization strategy for upcoming releases
Use market data to help prioritize features and enhancements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Product
Help Product Owners understand when targets have been hit and what level of quality is necessary in multiple areas of the game
Support and inform the publishing team with data, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and customer training
Monitor product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve the product
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering)
3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven record of delivering successful products
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management software
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in product management
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Self-motivating qualities and the ability to influence and motivate team members
