Job description

Klang are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team in Berlin and help define product strategies, the prioritization of features, and delivery of products that meet customer needs and drive business goals.

As a Product Manager at Klang, you will be a key contributor to their product development and user research team, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Publishing and Product, to ensure the successful development and growth of Klang’s products.

Your responsibilities…
  • Conduct thorough market research to find customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
  • Help research and define the monetization strategy for upcoming releases
  • Use market data to help prioritize features and enhancements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Product
  • Help Product Owners understand when targets have been hit and what level of quality is necessary in multiple areas of the game
  • Support and inform the publishing team with data, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and customer training
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve the product
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering)
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven record of delivering successful products
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management software
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in product management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivating qualities and the ability to influence and motivate team members
