We’re working with Splash Damage as they look for a Production Director to join their studio.
As Production Director you will partner closely with the Executive Producer, Production and Game teams to concept, define and implement engaging features, content, and systems that are aimed at improving and, or addressing key metric needs and targets.
You will be responsible for managing the content and release roadmap, organizing with the product team and development management teams to ensure the product vision is matched by a world class content roadmap that responds directly to what the players love and want. You will also be responsible for both the ongoing critical and commercial success of the game and building a best-in-class game team.

Passion for the gaming industry and its current trends, being an avid gamer yourself
Ability to actualise visions through capable team management, tactical execution, and unrelenting focus on daily progress
Assist the team to determine content prioritisation, connecting player engagement efforts to the broader vision
Experience empowering others to drive their own ambitions by fostering an environment of shared ownership, accountability, constructive criticism, recognition, appreciation, and collaboration
Prior experience guiding teams down the right path ensuring confidence is put into the work the studio and team makes
Eye for detail, being analytical minded to tune and improve the products key metrics
