Due to Aardvark Swift's continued growth we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Recruiter to be a vital member of our team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create a positive impact within the games industry, supporting industry development by successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates whilst ensuring you grow a strong talent pipeline. You will nurture client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities.
What you’ll do…
Actively build and develop a strong talent pipeline, through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals, and screening of candidates
Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the recruitment process
Match talent to vacancies, ensuring successful outcomes are achieved
Identifying opportunities for new business
Being consistently on track with weekly KPIs and targets
What you’ll need…
Previous experience within a sales environment
