Job description
We are supporting ElectricNoir as they look for a talented Senior Community Manager to help them scale their Bafta-nominated interactive entertainment app, Scriptic.
In Scriptic, players step into the shoes of a homicide detective, solving murders by searching through the phones of victims.
As a Senior Community Manager at the studio, you will drive the community strategy, developing programs, processes, and communication tactics to foster community engagement, learning, and growth.
Your responsibilities…
- Handle and guide the community for Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, and Newsletters
- Moderate and directly communicate with an ever-growing community of players
- Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Create company community policies
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Interest and knowledge in mobile gaming and gaming communities
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
