Ballistic Moon are seeking out a progressive, forward-thinking, autonomous Senior Game Designer to drive the development of their first and super exciting project.

As a Senior Designer, you will be focusing on owning and delivering large sections of the gaming experience from a concept phase all the way through to implementation.

Your responsibilities…

• Own sections of the game experience and champion them to producers and the rest of the development team
• Use Unreal Engine 5 to implement existing features to a final quality standard
• Work with all disciplines to ensure that content meets the acceptance criteria and reaches the project goals
• Mentor junior team members in good design methodology and process

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• 5+ years industry experience
• Shipped at least one AAA third person character game to completion
• Solid knowledge of game design principles
• Expert knowledge on Unreal Engine, especially working with instanced level actors
• Proficiency in Unreal Editor
• Experience owning design features and delivering them to final quality
• Experience in mentoring more junior members of the team
