Aardvark Swift are working with Plaion to help them find a Senior Global Community Manager to work with the Deep Silver community. You will be spear-heading the strategic execution and project work for the social channels of the Deep Silver publishing brand, ensuring the consistency and quality of their digital presence across all social and first party partner platforms.

Your role and responsibilities will include...

• Working with Territory Community Team Manager and Territory Community Managers to ensure a consistent messaging across local Deep Silver channels
• Re-establishing and re-activating Deep Silver channels
• Building, and further developing the community 
• Creating unique content as well as help promote products across all the portfolio
• Developing and upskilling junior community managers or community assistants and ensure they have the tools to be successful
• Assist with populate campaigns with ideas and activations to feed top-level goals, while ensuring ideas are coordinated across broader teams
• Monitoring and identifying relevant trends in the industry and your social channels 
• Monitoring and ensuring that your set KPIs are met 
• Liaise with the Web & eCRM Manager to advise on relevant CRM beats

The skills and experience you'll need...

• Deeply experienced within Community and Social Media Management, preferably within the games industry 
• Copy writing and critical messaging experience
• Content creation and scheduling experience
• Proven track record of growing community channels or creating new communities and setting them up for success
• Image and video editing skills using Adobe creative suite
• Confident using MS Office Suite
• Fluent in English 
• Familiarity with Social Media management tools

Bonus points if you…

• Are comfortable with analytics and metrics management
• Are happy being on camera during live streams
• Have Experience in development and people management

Plaion have published more than 200 games under the Deep Silver label since 2003, with recent titles including Chorus their dark space-combat shooter, Windbound, a beautiful rogue-like 3rd-person survival adventure, and Gods Will Fall, an epic dark fantasy action-RPG, and the latest addition to the Saints Row franchise.

Future releases include the new TimeSplitters game and Dead Island 2, which is slated for release in early 2023.
