Job description

We are supporting Nequinox Studios in their search for a Senior Graphics Programmer to work on AAA titles and collaborate with established names in the gaming industry. 

As a Senior Graphics Programmer at the studio, you will take ownership of rendering and frame rate, smoothing out glitches and errors in the graphics pipeline, and working closely with the ead and wider team on planning and delivery. 

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • UE4 rendering and graphics expertise
  • 5+ years of C++ experience
  • Real-time game content pipeline and tools experience
  • Knowledge of rendering and shader algorithms, linear algebra, trigonometry, and calculus
  • Ability to debug, profile, analyse data, and perform GPU optimisation
  • Vertex, pixel, and compute shader writing skills using HLSL or equivalent
  • DirectX 12 experience on bindless textures
  • HDR, PBR, and both forward+ and deferred rendering experience
It's a bonus if you have…
  • OpenGL, Dx11, Dx12, Vulkan, and Shadertoy experience
  • DirectX Raytracing experience
  • Familiarity with node-based material graphs 
  • Experience developing for a range of PC hardware and console platforms
  • Console and porting experience
