Avid Games are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mobile User Acquisition Specialist to work on their highly successful free-to-play trading card game: Cards, the Universe and Everything.
You will help Avid Game’s UA agencies plan and execute campaigns and set up and run their own internal campaigns. You will also be collaborating with creative teams to create engaging ads that appeal to their target audience.
Your responsibilities…
Scaling UA profitably
Developing a hypothesis-driven creative testing strategy
Planning and managing campaigns and monthly budgets
Monitoring, logging, and reporting on key UA performance data

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
3+ years’ experience managing UA campaigns within the industry, ideally with TCGs, card, and midcore titles
Performance-driven approach and comfortable analysing and optimising on CPPU and ROAS
Positive and creative mindset with problem-solving skills around game promotion
Experience of managing user acquisition campaigns and leading UA strategy on paid social channels Understanding of audience needs and behaviours across platforms and able to translate this into strategic thinking
Experienced with A/B testing
Able to work autonomously when required
