Job description

Aardvark Swift has partnered with a successful and establish mobile studio to help them hire a Senior Product Manager, and join the team responsible for the growth of live games. You’ll become part of their diverse group of experts from over 57 nationalities, as they work together to craft the world’s best mobile games.

As Senior Product Manager you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on the studio's most successful title to date, which combines strong storytelling with a high polish, tight mechanics, and an ever-growing LiveOps feature set!

You’ll deliver on goals for the growth by channelling your strong product mindset to find a balance between delivering fantastic player experiences and maximising the revenue potential. You will also positively influence cross-functional teams to implement features that will ultimately put the studio's games above all competitors in the eyes of their player base.

Your responsibilities…
  • Conducting quantitative analysis of data to provide key insights into product performance and uncover opportunities for further engagement and monetisation
  • Collaborating with Finance and other partner teams to build forecasts and business models that help articulate financial targets
  • Directly impacting KPI growth through assisting in operational planning
  • Own the process of creating LiveOps and monetisation events
  • Working closely with Analysts and Data Science teams to help set short- and long-term AB testing
  • Working on the system and feature improvement plan post-A/B phase
  • Partnering with Community Management to communicate with the players to understand qualitative feedback
  • Partnering with the CRM team to plan and schedule LiveOps messaging
  • Partnering with the Marketing and User acquisition team on customer research, growth channels and campaigns
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Demonstrable strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Experienced in free-to-play mobile game business models and products
  • A good sense for the market - you are in tune with player patterns and understand mobile customers
  • Comfortable taking risks, learning and sharing the lessons learned
  • Strong understanding of the game economy and monetisation
  • Team player who demonstrates humility and is comfortable with accountability
