Our culture

Recruitment as an industry can be a tough, sales-driven, environment (and not always a very welcoming one). We want everyone to feel comfortable at Aardvark Swift, so we break out of the traditional mould wherever possible.

There’s no corporate office atmosphere with isolated cubicles here. We occupy a bright and open space with room to breathe. You can set up your own desk however you like, and wear whatever you’re comfortable in.

We’re proud of our open and relaxed culture, and we always do our best to support and nurture our team. Whether through training, mentoring, team activities or just being there for each other. We genuinely believe that Aardvark Swift is a great place to work for great people.

Flying the nest

We’d love for everyone that comes through our doors to stay within the Aardvark Swift family, but that’s not always possible. We’re incredibly proud of the talent we recruit and celebrate when they make a positive impact on the team and company.

We’ve been lucky enough to work with some great employees; they’ve worked hard, embraced our training, and progressed through the ranks, before going on to make an active contribution to the wider games industry.

Previous members of our team have gone on to work at Unity, Bandai Namco, and Microsoft; just to name a few! We are delighted to carry on these partnerships as they progress their career.
