As Recruitment Manager you will oversee the commercial and operational elements of each recruitment team, driving performance to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

Your day-to-day will include…
  • Coaching and developing individuals to help them become consistently high-performing Recruiters
  • Driving ownership and accountability within the Sales Team for individual performance and the achievement of financial and KPI targets
  • Building and developing relationships with senior contacts at key clients
  • Taking a proactive approach in business development activities, securing new clients wins and implementing plans to maximise conversions with existing partners
  • Demonstrating inspirational leadership and leading by example
  • Ensuring the execution of the quarterly projects and driving best working practices
  • Promoting a positive culture of high achievement within the Sales Team
  • Ensuring values are brought to life and embodied daily by yourself and the team
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Experience in an agency recruitment environment
  • Operational experience managing and leading sales teams of 10 or more
  • Experience of managing and working to financial targets
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire team success
  • Willing to go above and beyond to make success happen
  • Ability to achieve results through coaching and developing individual recruiters/salespeople
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial acumen across a range of areas
  • Effective communication, team, and performance management skills
  • Comfortable working within a sales environment
