Aardvark Swift is supporting Stainless Games in their search for a 2D UI Artist to join their experienced team.

Stainless is a well-established, independent computer game developer with a catalogue of multi-million selling titles their belt for Mobile, Console, PC, Steam and VR. they are world leaders in Collectible Card Games, Driving /Simulation Tech, Open World titles, Arcade, and Board Games.

You will be working on high profile projects across multiple platforms, collaborating with the Art, Design and Programming teams to concept and create compelling user interface experiences and craft high quality 2D game art assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Not only will you be collaborating with talented colleagues in a fun and relaxed environment, you’ll be based on the beautiful Isle of Wight, one of the sunniest places in the UK and you’ll never be more than 25 minutes’ drive from a beach, making it ideal for outdoor living and family life.

The skills and experience you will bring to the role…

• 2+ years’ experience working as an artist with UI game design
• Passion for creating art for games
• An excellent eye for graphic and interface design
• Good layout skills
• Professional attitude and work ethic with a desire to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong traditional art skills would be desirable but not essential

The studio offers relocation assistance and is open to a hybrid working model or fully remote based around UK working hours.
