We are looking for an experienced Community Manager on behalf of tinyBuild to join them either onsite or on a remote basis from the EU!
With their beginnings as an indie game developer, tinyBuild have built themselves to be a developer and publisher well-known in the games industry. They have released dozens of games, including Hello Neighbour, Graveyard Keeper, and SpeedRunners.
They are looking for an individual who will bring new ideas and experience to the team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment on several projects. You’ll join the team of professionals and be able to drive and implement your creative ideas to the best of your ability to achieve the team's goals.
Your responsibilities include…
Taking charge of the full cycle of community management for the games you are responsible for, from creating and developing communication strategies to day-to-day engagement with players via social media and other channels
Working closely with producers on community engagement plans
Creating and executing social media campaigns
Keeping a close line of communication with players across different channels such asSteam, Discord, and Twitter
Designing creative Assets for TikTok and Instagram, record playthroughs for Steam, and host live streams on Twitch
Fostering the relationship with variety of content creators
Assisting development teams with regular activities such as dev logs, sentiment analysis, and more
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Three or more years of experience in the industry in a similar role
Excellent knowledge and understanding of trends and TikTok in general
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, and Twitch
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Discord and experience communicating with the community on the platform
Experience in dynamic content creation with TikToks, live streams, and videos
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Passion for communication and being an empathetic listener
Extensive knowledge of the video game industry and culture, with being an avid gamer yourself
